New Delhi: Inverted Energy, one of India’s largest lithium energy storage companies has announced the launch of a completely new range of lithium batteries this week.
According to company, these new range of batteries are proven to be over 20 percent more efficient than the ones currently in the market. This new range has been designed indigenously and will be manufactured at their new state of the art lithium facility at Okhla in, New Delhi.
These batteries have various applications including electric vehicles, solar plants, home storage and utility power.
Initially, these batteries will be given to selected electric vehicle manufacturers and solar projects and in the coming months will be rolled out for home users as well.
These will be one of the first lithium batteries for home usage and will be highly efficient, with increased durability and affordability, the company said in a statement.
Inverted Energy is applying for multiple patents related to the design as these will be the world’s first batteries to incorporate these innovations.
