Ist RERA approved project in Dholera Greenfield smart city by GAP Associates


Gujarat (Surat): Country’s first Greenfield smart city in Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR) in Gujarat has now got the first RERA approved residential project inside the DSIR.

The Ahmadabad -headquartered GAP Associates Pvt. Ltd has received RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) approval from the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority for its maiden residential project named Greenera Gardenvilla

This Greenfield industrial smart city is planned and located approximately 72 km. South-West of Ahmadabad.

With this, Greenera Gardenvilla becomes the first and only residential project located within the ‘Activation Area’  of Dholera SIR to have registered and being authorized under RER A.

GAP Associates being the pioneer realtor inside Dholera SIR, is also the only company in the country which is going to launch multiple plan-passed and possession-approved real estate project within the boundaries of Dholera SIR. The company, has already launched various residential, commercial and industrial projects – all of them inside Dholera SIR.

The master plan of Dholera SIR was done by Europe’s noted planning company Halcrow, whereas other globally renowned giant companies such as AECOM, Cisco, L&T, Adani Group, etc. including have been working and developing infrastructure inside Dholera SIR over the last few years. The city will have its own dedicated Airport and excellent multi-modal connectivity, i.e, railways, road, sea, and air connectivity.
