Delhi: Ceiling fans major – Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd has added one more fan range to its product portfolio with the launch of the new advanced range of ceiling fans –Energion powered by the ActivBDLC Technology.
This technology can help save up to 50 percent in their electricity bill because it consumes around 35 watts of electricity instead of 70 watts as consumed by standard ceiling fans.
Built keeping energy conservation in mind along with the expected change and implementation of norms, Crompton has launched its brand-new BLDC range of fans called Energion that will not only reduce power consumption but will also lead to maximizing electricity cost saving.

Crompton’s Energion fans use ActivBLDC technology which helps save up to Rs. 1500 per fan every year or Rs.6000 for an average 4 fans in a home. While energy saving is important, Crompton’s ActivBLDC motor technology has a high-power factor of 98 percent with a wide voltage range of 90V to 300V which ensures high-speed performance.
This BEE five star rated fan also comes with a smart remote which uses RF technology allowing a consumer to operate the fan without having to point at the fan creating an ease of operation. The perfect blend of innovation and elegance, these fans are additionally equipped with a 5-year warranty, unique aesthetic designs and also offer the Anti-Dust feature.
Crompton’s Energion comes in three variants: Energion HS, Energion Jura, Enegion Aura. The consumer price varies from approximately Rs. 2800 to 4000.
