Smart Governance is a community engagement platform bringing together decision-makers and bureaucrats from the Indian Government together through a strategic mix of platforms such as Print, Digital, Live Events, Virtual Events, Research, and Training platforms.
We are focussed at engaging with the various government departments in improving the government efficiency and productivity using technology with the support of digitization initiatives of the Indian Government.

He is a man of multi-faceted talent, an academician by passion, a technocrat by profession. Writing on subjects like Science and Technology has been his hobby.
An IIT-Kanpur Post Graduate in Chemical engineering, OPG has been writing on science and technology-related issues for various publications.
An energy management expert, he has authored several frontline books for engineering students, besides, contributing research papers for many national and international journals and participated in symposiums. A widely travelled person across the globe, he has been mentoring this start-up project with his over 30 years of experience in different fields of technology.

Kailash Shirodkar
An engineering graduate with a management degree, Kailash has an experience of 21 years in the marketing and media industry. He is credited with launching new media properties across print, events and online. Started his career in sales with a leading telecom company selling Motorola wireless solutions, he joined the media industry in 2000 to launch his first magazine. Over the next 21 years, he has launched numerous new magazines and events for leading media companies like Jasubhai Digital Media, The Indian Express Group, UBM Plc, and Earth Water Group.
He has worked on media properties across, IT, Telecom, Jewellery, Construction, Maternity, and Nuclear industries and has worked with a lot of international clients like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Google, Chicco, GE, Hiranandani, etc. on executing their marketing and branding activities across multiple formats.
A passionate sales and a marketing practitioner, with a focus on client satisfaction and delivery he is an avid reader and has also spoken at public events and moderated industry panel discussions and events.
Dominic Karunesudas
Dominic Karunesudas is a prominent media and technology entrepreneur with over 17 years of professional experience in high technology media journalism and worked at the Indian Express Group, Times of India Group, CNBC TV 18/ Web 18 to name a few.
Jay P Gupta
A result-oriented professional with over three-decade experience in handling various sectors and setting up new benchmarks, such as forming an editorial department and launching of new print /websites.
Vast exposure to all phases of website development life cycle from initiation phase to the release phase of news content, and enjoys being a part of print media, Internet product development and communication, Web content management, and related fields.
He served reputed publications like the Sunday Observer, Hindustan Times, Assam Express, Northeast Times, 9 Dot 9 Media and lately as Business Bureau Head of UNI wire agency.
He has a proven track record of reporting from distant Panchayats to the portals of Parliament, from India’s northeastern states to the remotest tribal villages of Jharkhand.

Chandrajeet Kumar
He has created designs as a freelancer for various clients, working on all aspects of print and web design. He has great attention to detail and a strong passion for design, whilst looking to advance his creativity as the technology permeates through all aspects of media.
One of the founding members of Smart Governance, Chandrajeet has ventured in the field of designing propelled by his own creative instincts and mentoring by some well-known designers in Delhi.
When not sitting before a computer monitor, he can be found talking to industry people on phone, discussing new trends and challenges in the design domain.

Nivedita
She is a management expert with a proven record of solving problems, cutting operating costs, and improving workplace performance and productivity. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize solutions to difficult situations, and employ practical, cost-effective strategies.

A post-graduate in Humanities this is Niwedita’s first major assignment in a new sector.
